Roxy Snowboards was born out of the Quiksilver surfing brand. The company decided to form a women's line in 1990 to cater for the female surfers. The Roxy name has been growing ever since as the name behind some of the biggest women's surfing competitions in the world.
In 2003 Roxy evolved even further when the company brought out its first line of snowboards, producing them in partnership with Mervin Manufacturing. The Roxy brand has continued to expand and develop with a large range of female apparel available too.
