Nitro Snowboards was first founded in 1990 in Seattle, Washington. The company was formed when two snowboarders were looking for quality products but couldn't find what they were after.
The company today is focused on providing innovative products that are technologically sound as well as being well designed and manufactured.
Nitro's innovations in the snowboarding market includes the first asymmetrical twin-tip, the first women's pro model and progressive sidecuts.
