You may have noticed that some of the Never Summer snowboards listed above have the letter "R" designated after the model name. This indicates that the board has been designed using the company's R.C. Technology and Vario Power Grip sidecut.
So what does all that mean? The R.C. stands for rocker and camber and the combination means that the snowboard gives you the freestyle feel while also being capable of high speed performance. It's all about where on the board the cambers are placed in relation to the rocker area. The Vario Power Grip sidecut works by adding increased edgehold giving you even greater control and the responsiveness of the board is also enhanced.
